Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") govern your access to and use of the 6vvv platform, including all products, services, features, and content made available through the website at 6vvv.app (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

6vvv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. 6vvv accepts no liability for any unlawful use.
3Personal Capacity
You must be acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business or third party. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by 6vvv or any other gaming operator. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the 6vvv Platform, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
  • Each individual may only hold one registered account. If you attempt to open a second account, 6vvv reserves the right to close both accounts and withhold any funds pending a full investigation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 6vvv is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.
  • You must notify 6vvv support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact us at [email protected].
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 6vvv Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

6vvv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. New payment methods may be added at 6vvv's discretion. 6vvv reserves the right to restrict specific payment methods for specific players or markets where required by applicable regulations.
2Deposit Processing
Deposits are credited to your 6vvv account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. 6vvv does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
3Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 6vvv reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4Currency and Conversion
All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6vvv does not apply currency conversion fees for players transacting in BDT. Any conversion applied by a third-party payment provider at the point of transaction is outside 6vvv's control and is the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses and Promotions

6vvv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
  • 6vvv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited, and the relevant account may be suspended.
  • Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method. 6vvv uses automatic systems to detect duplicate bonus claims.
  • Free spins are credited in batches as specified in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings may be subject to an additional wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are completed. Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on the 6vvv Platform. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are governed by the rules published by the relevant game provider and are made available within the game interface.

1Bet Placement and Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by 6vvv. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation reference number. 6vvv reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets placed on events with incorrectly priced odds due to a system error may be voided at 6vvv's discretion.
2Void Bets
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market settling condition is met; a demonstrable pricing error; a force majeure event; or where 6vvv determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake value.
3Winnings and Payouts
Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant market. Maximum payout limits may apply per event or per market and are published within the Platform. 6vvv reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

6vvv is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its players. We provide a suite of player protection tools including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6vvv Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

  • Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
  • Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, odds engine, or RNG systems.
  • Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotional bonuses more than once, or transferring bonus funds between accounts.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including match-fixing, arbitrage syndicate activity, or coordinated wagering schemes.
  • Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your true geographic location.

Account Suspension and Termination

6vvv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

6vvv may suspend or close an account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, underage play, or any other breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, outstanding balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of all applicable verification checks.
2Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 6vvv support at [email protected]. Please note that self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the requested exclusion period. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules and remaining balances returned in full.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6vvv Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data, game content, and design elements, is the property of 6vvv or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 6vvv.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6vvv and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even where 6vvv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6vvv makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 6vvv's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Amendments to These Terms

6vvv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 6vvv will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the principles of equity. 6vvv operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL-encrypted infrastructure and certified fair-play gaming systems.
